During tenure of less than three years-

-IIST [Indore Institute of Science and Technology] has grown 403% from 2018-2020 (200% in '18-'19 & 203% in '19-'20).

-IIMR [Indore Institute of Management and Research] has grown 320% from 2018-2020 (165% in '18-'19 & 193% in '19-'20).

-IIP [Indore Institute of Pharmacy] got 100% admission in B.Pharm as usual.

The five pillars of his strategy adopted for overall improvement are:

  1. Industry Ready Professionals:
    • Skill based learning through various Special Interest Groups like AI, Machine Learning, IoT etc.
    • Project based learning through on-campus internship in latest technologies.
    • International certifications and tie-ups (AWS Academy, Red Hat Academy, Microsoft Imagine Academy).
    • 360 degree Career grooming through our Career Development Cell, to improve communication, soft skills and aptitude.
  2. Placement (113+ companies visited the campus (session 2019-20),offering 500+ job offers).
  3. Academics:
    • Best Practices (The institute was the first to introduce a blended and differentiated learning methodology by using a flipped technique model and personalized 1:1 interactions).
    • Introduced online cloud platform based training on programming languages.
    • Started incubation center & entrepreneurship cell to support start-up activities.

  1. Holistic Development (Launched 26 student clubs for various extra curricular activities. sports as well as technical clubs like aero-modelling ,robotics etc. including one club namely Samgara Samutkarsh for civil service aspirants and encouraging students to plant trees which enhance biodiversity in the campus).
  2. Emphasis on quality (from canteen to classroom):
    • Providing organic vegetables to the canteen.
    • Standardization of the products used in canteen.
    • Syndicate groups consisting of 20 students for 1:1 interactions.
    • Hostels equipped with attached bathroom with prohibition of smoking/alcohol.
    • Merit based fee structure to encourage talent.
